The property offers a year-round outdoor swimming pool used by all villas in the complex, though it is not usually crowded. Guests have their own private courtyard with a large terrace bed, a table, and arm chairs, providing an outdoor dining and lounging area. The garden and patio add further space for relaxation, and free on-street parking is available right next to the house.
Accommodation
The ground-floor apartment has one usable bedroom and a living room with a sofa, though the second bedroom is too small for a full bed. The unit includes a private bathroom, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, and a washing machine; note that the oven is in need of repair and there is no microwave. Free WiFi is provided throughout, but the apartment does not have air conditioning-leaving windows open overnight is sufficient to keep the space cool.
